Submission deadlines

Abstract submission deadline is 11:59 PM (23:59) Pacific Time on July 27, 2014 (closed).

Paper submission deadline is 11:59 PM (23:59) Pacific Time on August 3, 2014 (closed).

Research paper notification: October 14, 2014.

Camera-ready version deadline is December 2, 2014standard ACM format for conference proceedings. Research track papers should be clearly marked in the text either as "Full Research Paper" or "Short Research Paper". Full research papers should not exceed 12 pages double column including figures and tables. Short research papers are limited to 6 pages.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register at the full rate, attend the conference and present the paper. Presented papers will be published in the ICPE 2015 conference proceedings that will be published by ACM and included in the ACM Digital Library. Authors are required to adhere to the ACM Policy and Procedures on Plagiarism as well as to the ACM Policy on Prior Publication and Simultaneous Submissions.
